Ankit Trivedi is one of the most popular and richest Poet who was born on March 9, 1981 in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Ankit Trivedi (Gujarati: aNkit trivedii , born on March 9, 1981) is a Gujarati language poet journalist, writer and emcee of Gujarat, India. His notable work includes Gazal Purvak (collection of ghazal) and Geet Purvak (collection of geet). In 2008, the Indian National Theater in Mumbai gave him in 2008 the Shayda Award for his contribution to Gujarati Ghazal. He has also received the Takhtasinh Parmar Literary Award, the Takhtasinh Parmar Prize, Yuva Gaurav Puraskar award and the Yuva Puraskar award. He was editor of Gazalvishwa the Gujarati poetry journal that ghazals, from 2006 to 2007.

Trivedi was screenwriter for the 2017 Gujarati comedy film Carry On Kesar.

Trivedi married Bhumika Trivedi on 12 December 2010. The couple has a daughter named Mitra.
